The Association launched out community bookswap library on 14 August 2020, with a morning tea attended by our local councillor David McLachlan and many members of the wider Hamilton Reach community. Frasers provided some morning tea from Northshore Cafe. Hamilton Espresso donated coffees, which were enjoyed with community made cupcakes. John Ryan championed the project, which was built by the Northshore Men's Shed and funded by Frasers Property Australia, with supplies donated by Bunnings Newstead. The library has been stocked with some of the donated books and our volunteer librarians have been keeping the shelves full ever since. It's safe to stay the library has been a popular new feature in the Hamilton Reach community. To those who haven’t already been to visit, I’m sure you’d be surprised by the variety of books available
